Michael O'Connell has over 25 years’ experience in Recruitment and Selection in all sectors of the employment market. He has managed public and private sector recruitment and selection campaigns. He has carried out both short and long term national and international Human Resource Management consultancy assignments that addressed significant strategic HR issues including resourcing challenges.
Michael has Masters Degrees in Business Administration and Innovation as well as Executive Diplomas in Employment Law, Executive Coaching and Accounting and Finance. He has designed and delivered Training Programmes on Selection Interviewing at the Irish Management Institute and holds accreditation for the administration of a range of psychometric instruments.
John focuses on developing effective and efficient work cultures and in enabling leaders and individuals to maximise their full potential. He has deep expertise on the application of psychometrics to organisational challenges. He has worked on numerous resourcing campaigns with a diverse range of clients including manufacturing organisations, IFSC companies, legal firms, pharmaceutical and healthcare, IT, cultural, charity and community development organisations.
John has an MSc in Organisational Psychology from City University in London and an honours degree in psychology from UCD. He is a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI), Association for Coaching in Ireland (AC), and the British Psychological Society (BPS).
