We adopt a 5-step model to the practice of succession planning and development with the aim of keeping it as simple and straightforward as possible. We also work with clients to co-design a custom fit programme that will adapt to their needs and culture.
A key feature of our approach is to integrate succession planning with talent management and development processes. Where circumstances necessitate, we will also explore the options for Business Model Innovation as a means of addressing difficult resourcing challenges.
