It is surprising that only approximately 30% of organisations have a formal Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to maximise their success in attracting and retaining talent.

 

We use a combination of up to date market research, knowledge of the jobs market and our clients’ unique characteristics to create strategies to attract and retain talent. We aim to ensure that our clients’ Employee Value Propositions are both compelling and sustainable and maximise their ability to compete successfully, especially for skills that are in short supply.

 

We will also pursue innovative strategies to address instances of extreme skills shortages, e.g. options for business model innovation that may provide alternative solutions to seemingly intractable problems
